Catherine Cowan

Catherine "Cath" Cowan supports female founders and high-impact leaders in the internal dimensions of leadership: clarity, presence and vitality. She has done this work for over two decades. Her foundation is Yoga and Reiki, practices that taught her the body, heart, energetic system and spirit are never separate from the work.

She grew up in Toronto, lived in Costa Rica with her three children for eight years, and now calls Los Angeles home. She describes a lifelong love and understanding of people, and a natural call to support them in feeling their best, relieving suffering and connecting with joy.

Her work is advisory, transformational and, in her words, part "something that doesn't have a clean category." She describes it as intuitive, relational and deeply present, and says it is not a methodology, framework or formula. She believes leadership is an inside-out job. She aims to give women who are often the ones everyone turns to a space to be honest about what they carry, and to lead in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

She shares free guided meditations, writes on Substack, and says she is committed to her own continued inner work.
